The factory runs Heidelberg 9+1 and 9+2 presses (German import), an in-house silk-screen workshop and cold foil equipment, with laser positioning accuracy within ±0.2mm. Cold foil, holographic, gold stamping, UV and embossing finishes are all done in-house. Daily capacity reaches up to 40,000 boxes, sampling takes 5 days, and the factory is ISO9001 certified.

Printing is where a gift box is won or lost. We run two German-imported Heidelberg presses — one 9+1 and one 9+2. Anyone in the trade knows what that means: the color consistency and registration accuracy that high-end rigid boxes demand. Beyond offset printing, we operate our own screen printing workshop and cold foil equipment. Hot stamping, UV coating, embossing, holographic effects, cold foil — all done in-house, never outsourced. That gives our customers two things: first, the confidence to order multi-process boxes — foil over UV, embossing over holographic film — we have physical samples to prove it; second, quality and lead times firmly in our own hands.

Sampling in 5 days. Mass production capacity up to 40,000 boxes per day. We have export order experience, and we know how serious overseas buyers are about color, materials, and delivery. Our factory is ISO9001 certified for quality management.
