A double-bottle wine box has two unavoidable challenges: weight — two bottles plus the box weigh several kilos, so the body and magnetic closure must hold without deforming; and the brand wanted a deep wine-red specialty paper with a gold-stamped logo, a combination notorious for foil voids and ragged edges.

Our approach: thickened greyboard body with reinforced magnet placement, finished boxes put through a 48-hour hanging load test with zero deformation; for the foil stamping, we ran in-house trials first — locking in temperature, pressure and speed one variable at a time — before mass production, leaving the gold logo on dark paper with clean edges and no voids.

The order passed full inspection under our ISO9001 sampling standard before dispatch, with mass production matching the approved sample, and the client expressed satisfaction with the delivery quality.
