A domestic beauty brand planned a co-branded holiday set with an ambitious design: holographic base, gold-stamped logo, spot UV artwork — three processes on one box. Two factories turned it down: one said holographic film and foil stamping had to be outsourced separately and registration couldn't be guaranteed; the other simply said no. The design went through three watered-down revisions, and the brand wasn't happy about it.

The difference with us came down to one thing: holographic, foil stamping and UV equipment all sit under our own roof — nothing outsourced. We produced a physical sample straight from the original artwork, all three processes registered in one pass. The brand approved the first version on the spot — no more revisions.

In mass production, all three processes ran on our own lines with stable yield, delivered in full and on time. This set has since become the sample we show beauty clients most often: three processes, one pass, no explanation needed.
